We also hate cleaning cosmetic bags and HATE plastic - and we know you do too. We were dissatisfied with the lack of sustainable cosmetic bags that we had to manually clean. SO thats why we created a stylish machine washable cosmetic bag that will be your best friend for years.
How do I clean my Buffie Bag?
When Buffie gets dirty, throw me in to a bra bag and straight into the wash - then hang me out to dry baby and Im good to go baby.
Can I tumble dry Buffie?
No. Please only and hang to dry inside out. The Buffie Bag dries super quickly within two hours.
Is the Buffie Bag made from ethically and sustainable sourced materials?
Yes, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We use organically sourced organic cotton terry material and recycled plastic interior lining and zippers. We care deeply about the environment and believe un-recycled plastic is the devil...
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes of course! If you are not happy with Buffie Bag for whatever reason you can return her to us for a full refund or exchange. Our postage bags can be repurposed for your return and we can organise a shipping label at no cost to you if requested at info@buffie.com.au
How long will my order take?
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 2 business days. Remote parts of Australia can take up to a week for delivery but capital cities are usually within 2-3 days of order.
Delivery timelines
Buffie will be delivered to you by Australia Post. Australia Post will leave your parcel at your nominated address only if the courier deems it a safe spot to do so.
Should you be busy with other fun things and not at home, Australia Post will leave Buffie in a safe spot. If you do not wish for Australia Post to leave your parcel unattended, please edit your delivery instructions. Buffie will not be responsible for any missing parcels from your nominated address if there is proof of delivery it was delivered to the correct address.
